16th ADMM-Plus Experts Working Group on Counter Terrorism to Convene in New Delhi

The 16th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM)-Plus Experts Working Group on Counter Terrorism (CT) and the Final Planning Conference for a Table Top Exercise are set to take place in New Delhi from January 14 to 16, 2026. The event, co-chaired by India and Malaysia, will be attended by representatives from 11 ASEAN countries, 7 dialogue partners, and the ASEAN Secretariat. This meeting forms part of an ongoing three-year cycle aimed at enhancing multilateral cooperation on counter-terrorism. It will serve as a review of progress and a planning session for future activities, as well as set the stage for upcoming exercises.
