20 Legislatures Go Digital with National e-Vidhan App

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs has announced that 20 of the 28 State and Union Territory legislatures that signed MOUs for the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) have fully transitioned to digital platforms. Under the Digital India program, this mission seeks to digitalize all 37 legislative bodies in the country. NeVA aims to streamline legislative processes with ICT infrastructure and capacity building, aligning with the 'One Nation, One Application' vision. The initiative includes AI/ML tools for multilingual support and has been detailed by Minister Dr. L. Murugan in the Rajya Sabha.
