21st Instalment of PM-KISAN Scheme Released

On November 19, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the 21st instalment of the PM-KISAN scheme, providing ₹18,000 crore in direct financial assistance to 9 crore farmers. This initiative, part of one of the world's largest Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) programs, has disbursed over ₹3.70 lakh crore to more than 11 crore farmer families since its inception. The scheme emphasizes transparency through Aadhaar-based e-KYC and digital land records, while also enhancing accessibility via the Kisan-eMitra AI chatbot and PM-KISAN mobile app.
