233-Year-Old Valmiki Ramayana Manuscript Donated to Ayodhya Museum
A significant cultural handover took place as the Central Sanskrit University Vice Chancellor Prof. Shrinivasa Varakhedi presented a 233-year-old Sanskrit manuscript, the Vālmīkirāmāyaṇam (with Tattvadīpikāṭīkā commentary), to the Antarrashtriya Ram Katha Sangrahalaya in Ayodhya. This manuscript, previously housed at Rashtrapati Bhavan, enhances Ayodhya's museum as a global center for Rāmāyaṇa heritage. The handover marks a landmark moment for devotees and scholars.
