25th Edition of NeSDA Report Released

The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions has released the 25th edition of the NeSDA Way Forward Monthly Report, detailing the status of e-service delivery across States and Union Territories. As of May 2025, a total of 21,062 e-services are available, with 424 new services added in April 2025. The report highlights a saturation rate of over 79% for mandatory e-services, with 16 States/UTs achieving over 90% saturation. The report emphasizes the importance of unified service delivery and real-time transparency for citizens.
