29th Conference of Central and State Statistical Organizations to Focus on Local Governance

The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) is set to host the 29th Conference of Central and State Statistical Organizations (CoCSSO) on September 25-26, 2025, in Chandigarh. The conference will emphasize 'Strengthening Local Level Governance' and aims to enhance collaboration between central and state statistical agencies. Key digital initiatives will be launched, including a revamped MoSPI website and the iOS version of the GoIStats app. The event will feature discussions on various statistical topics and is expected to attract around 350 participants from various sectors.
