34th Report on CPGRAMS Released by DARPG

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released its 34th monthly report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for May 2025. The report indicates that 67,787 public grievances were received, with 78,123 grievances redressed. The total pendency of grievances stands at 197,787. Additionally, 60,499 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal, with Uttar Pradesh leading in both grievances received and disposed. Under the Sevottam Scheme, 855 training courses have been completed, training 28,438 officers over the past four financial years.
