35th Report on CPGRAMS Released by DARPG
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released its 35th monthly report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for June 2025. The report indicates that 70,768 public grievances were received, with 63,135 grievances redressed. The report also highlights the training of 29,250 officers under the Sevottam Scheme, and the integration of CPGRAMS with Common Service Centres (CSCs) for better grievance registration. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of grievances and disposals during this period.
