36th Report on CPGRAMS Released by DARPG

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released the 36th monthly report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for July 2025. The report indicates that 77,280 public grievances were received, with 122,915 cases redressed. The report also highlights the training of 30,090 officers under the Sevottam Scheme and the integration of CPGRAMS with Common Service Centres, which registered 6,422 grievances. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of grievances and disposals during this period.
