37th Report on CPGRAMS Released for August 2025
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances released the 37th monthly report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for August 2025. The report indicates that 77,726 public grievance cases were received, with 62,216 cases redressed. The total pendency of grievances stands at 175,349. Additionally, 89,507 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal, with Uttar Pradesh having the highest number of grievances. Under the Sevottam Scheme, 917 training courses were conducted, training 30,622 officers.
