38th Report on Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System Released

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released the 38th report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for September 2025. The report highlights a significant increase in grievance redressals, with 82,082 cases received and 82,790 resolved. The report also notes a total of 1,74,587 pending grievances across States/UTs, with 22 States/UTs having over 1000 pending cases. Additionally, 78,353 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal, and 946 training courses were conducted under the Sevottam Scheme, training 31,462 officers.
