39th Report on Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System Released
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released the 39th report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for October 2025. The report highlights that 64,736 public grievance cases were received, with 63,305 cases redressed. Uttar Pradesh led in disposals, while the total pendency of cases across States/UTs stands at 176,091. Additionally, 52,876 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal, and 962 training courses have been conducted under the Sevottam Scheme, training approximately 31,993 officers over the last four financial years.
