40th Monthly Report on CPGRAMS Released
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances has released its 40th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for August 2025, indicating that 1,51,114 grievances were redressed. This marks the 38th consecutive month of over 1 lakh grievances being resolved. The report highlights the performance of various ministries and departments, with the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Department of Telecommunications, and Department of Posts leading in Group A, while the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Ayush, and Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs excelled in Group B. The average grievance disposal time is reported at 15 days, with significant user engagement through the CPGRAMS portal.
