5G and 6G Development Projects Funded by Telecom Technology Development Fund

The Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) Scheme, launched on October 1, 2022, aims to support R&D and innovation in telecom technologies in India. As of June 30, 2025, 110 projects related to 5G and 6G, totaling Rs. 304.70 Crores, have been approved. These projects, which involve collaboration among academia, start-ups, MSMEs, and industry, are currently in the initial stages and have a duration of 1 to 5 years.
