The Pension Adalat initiative, part of the Government's administrative reforms, aims to address long-standing grievances of Central Government Pensioners. With a disposal rate of 72% from 25,831 grievances across 13 Adalats, the initiative has proven effective. The Centralized Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) facilitates speedy grievance resolution.
