Adequate Availability of Fertilizers Maintained During Kharif 2025 Season

The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers has confirmed that the availability of key fertilizers such as Urea, DAP, MoP, and NPKS is adequate for the Kharif 2025 season. The government has implemented various measures, including state-wise assessments of fertilizer needs, a monthly supply plan, and an online monitoring system to ensure timely distribution. Additionally, regulations are in place to prevent black marketing and hoarding, with a ceiling on subsidized fertilizer purchases per buyer. A dashboard for monitoring has also been developed for stakeholders.
