AI Centres in Women’s Colleges: Empowering Future Generations

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has launched initiatives to promote Artificial Intelligence (AI) in technical education, particularly for women. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has introduced AI courses across various programs and initiated faculty development workshops. The AI Career for Women Initiative aims to train 8000 girls over two years, while the PMKVY 4.0 scheme provides gender-wise training data in AI job roles. Scholarships for women engineering students further support this initiative.
