Bank of Baroda has introduced 'bob SAMVAD', a cutting-edge AI-powered multilingual conversational platform designed to enhance in-branch customer interactions by breaking down language barriers. The platform, launched by Shri M. Nagaraju of the Ministry of Finance's Department of Financial Services, supports communication in 22 languages and aims to improve customer service through inclusive and accessible delivery. Initially set to roll out in 250 branches across multiple states, this initiative is seen as a significant step in inclusive banking.
