Analysis of Fund Allocation under India's Blue Revolution Scheme from 2015-2020

The Blue Revolution: Integrated Development and Management of Fisheries, a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS), was rolled out from 2015-16 to 2019-20, with an allocated budget of Rs. 3000 crore for fisheries development across India. By the end of the scheme, Rs. 2580.87 crore was disbursed to various States and UTs. Notably, Uttar Pradesh received Rs. 9866.97 lakh but reported no establishment of fisheries centers.
