Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited (BBSSL) has not established a formal branch in Bihar but operates through 3,418 cooperative societies. 19,956 farmers received seeds this year, and 279 farmers are involved in seed production on 2,663 hectares for the Rabi 2025-26 season. BBSSL procures seeds at MSP plus a 10% bonus or the State Seed Corporation's rate, to benefit local farmers.
