To maintain a fair campaign environment, political advertisements in print media are prohibited on the poll day and the day before unless pre-certified by the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC). Applicants must seek pre-certification at least two days prior to publication, with MCMC activated to ensure timely decisions.
