The Bihar Election Commission has shared booth-level lists of electors, including those who have not filled forms, deceased electors, and those who have migrated, with political parties. Eligible voters can file claims for missing names or objections for wrong inclusions until September 1, 2025. Currently, 99% of electors are covered, with 7.21 crore forms digitized. The Draft Electoral Roll will be published on August 1, 2025, and will be accessible to all political parties and the public.
