C-PACE Revolutionises Voluntary Closure of Companies and LLPs

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched the Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE), significantly reducing the processing time for voluntary closure applications from over 2 years to less than 2 months. As of July 31, 2025, 38,658 companies and 8,368 LLPs have successfully utilized this streamlined process. C-PACE provides a uniform approach across India, ensuring real-time updates and better tracking for applicants. The initiative is part of broader efforts to enhance ease of doing business and compliance for companies and LLPs.
