Cabinet Approves Development of Badnawar-Petlawad Expressway Section
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the upgrade and construction of the Badnawar-Petlawad-Thandla-Timarwani section of NH-752D, part of the Delhi Mumbai Expressway, in Madhya Pradesh. This 80.45-kilometer 4-lane corridor project, worth Rs. 3,839.42 crore, aims to enhance travel efficiency, reduce congestion, and improve connectivity, particularly benefiting regions such as Dhar and Jhabua districts. The project is poised to strengthen inter-state traffic flow and facilitate economic growth by paving faster routes and access to industrial hubs.
