Cabinet Approves Mokama-Munger High-Speed Corridor in Bihar
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the construction of a 4-lane greenfield access-controlled Mokama-Munger section of the Buxar-Bhagalpur High-Speed Corridor in Bihar. The project spans 82.4 km with a budget of Rs. 4447.38 crore, aiming to enhance connectivity and stimulate economic growth in the region. It is expected to generate significant employment opportunities and reduce travel time to approximately 1.5 hours.
