The scheme aims to improve training quality at ITIs and NSTIs, modernize infrastructure, align courses with industry standards, and bolster industry connections. The scheme's comprehensive plan includes upgrading 1,000 ITIs and enhancing five NSTIs, with the assistance of state governments and industry partners.
