The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, through the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), has conducted extensive inspections in the National Capital Region (NCR) to monitor and enforce air pollution regulations. Over a given period in January 2026, the CAQM's Enforcement Task Force conducted 330 inspections across various sectors, identifying numerous violations.
