CAQM Lifts Stage IV Pollution Controls in Delhi-NCR as Air Quality Improves

The Commission for Air Quality Management has revoked Stage IV restrictions of the Graded Response Action Plan in Delhi and the National Capital Region due to improvements in air quality. The decision follows a decrease in the Air Quality Index over several days, aided by favorable meteorological conditions. Although Stage IV actions are lifted, measures under Stages I, II, and III remain in effect to prevent further air quality deterioration.
