CBC Hosts Bharat CPSEs’ Conclave to Boost Leadership and Governance Reform

On December 18, 2025, the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), in cooperation with the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), organized the Bharat CPSEs’ Consultative Conclave in New Delhi. The event focused on the theme "Shaping India’s Growth Story through DAKSH PSEs @2047," aiming to develop a Capacity Building Roadmap for Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) aligned with India's Mission Karmayogi. Key discussions centered on enhancing CPSEs' human capital strategies through good governance, leadership development, and succession planning. The conclave attracted senior officials and stakeholders, emphasizing collaborative learning and strategic alignment with national priorities to drive innovation and public value beyond financial returns.
