CBIC's Active Participation in Special Campaign 5.0

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) is actively involved in the Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to 31, 2025, focusing on cleanliness, disposal of pending matters, and e-waste management. As of now, 4014 physical files and 921 e-files have been reviewed, with significant amounts of scrap and e-waste disposed of. The campaign also includes the destruction of illegal goods valued at approximately Rs. 852 Crores. The initiative aims to enhance workplace experience and adhere to timelines set during the campaign's preparatory phase.
