CCI Approves Acquisition of Micro Life Sciences by Platinum Jasmine Trust

The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of a 3.06% shareholding in Micro Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. by Platinum Jasmine A 2018 Trust, managed by Platinum Owl C 2018 RSC Limited. The acquisition includes subscribing to new equity shares and purchasing shares from Bilakhia Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Micro Life Sciences specializes in medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics, while the Acquirer is an investment entity linked to the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
