CCI Approves Capgemini's Acquisition of Cloud4C Services

The Competition Commission of India has approved Capgemini SE's acquisition of Cloud4C Services Pte. Ltd and Cloud4C Services Private Limited, acquiring 100% of their shares. The targets are hybrid cloud managed services providers based in Singapore, with significant operations in India. Capgemini SE is a publicly traded company on Euronext, Paris, and both entities are involved in IT and ITeS services in India. A detailed order from the Commission will follow.
