CCI Approves Combination Involving Jumbotail Technologies and Partners

The Competition Commission of India has approved a combination involving Jumbotail Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (JTPL) and several partners, including Standard Chartered Research and Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (SCRTIPL) and SC Ventures. The approval includes JTPL acquiring 100% of SCRTIPL, issuance of shares to SC Ventures and Solv-India, and subscriptions by SCV Master and Artal Asia. JTPL operates an online marketplace, while SCRTIPL runs a B2B platform for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
