CCI Approves Cube Highways Trust Acquisition of Key Infrastructure Companies

The Competition Commission of India has given the nod to Cube Highways Trust for acquiring full equity shares in several prominent infrastructure companies in India. The acquisition includes Baharampore - Farakka Highways Limited, Devanahalli Tollway Private Limited, Western MP Infrastructure and Toll Roads Private Limited, and Chenani Nashri Tunnelway Limited. Cube Highways Trust is a registered infrastructure investment trust under SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
