Ltd., and several other entities. The deal includes Jongsong acquiring 20% equity in multiple targets and IC Singapore acquiring 40% in specific targets, focusing on the real estate sector in India. Jongsong is a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, while IC Singapore is linked to Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc.
