The Competition Commission of India has given the green light to the acquisition of Kenvue Inc. by Kimberly-Clark Corporation. This transaction involves Kimberly-Clark taking complete control over Kenvue as per an agreement signed on November 2, 2025. Kimberly-Clark is active globally in producing a range of products made from natural or synthetic fibers and has a significant presence in personal, business, and industrial use segments. In India, it focuses on feminine hygiene and baby diaper supplies. Kenvue, on the other hand, is known for consumer health products in self-care, skin beauty, and essential health categories, with a strong presence in India's nonprescription and wellness-focused products. A detailed order from the Commission is expected to follow this approval.
