CCI Approves MAIF 4's Strategic Acquisition of Maple Entities

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition by MAIF 4 Investments India 2 Pte. Ltd. of significant stakes in Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited, Maple Highway Project Management Private Limited, and Maple Infrastructure Trust. This strategic move involves acquiring 42.5% of Maple IM, 40% of Maple PM, and up to 37.5% of Maple Trust's units.
