CCI Approves Restructuring of Lemon Tree Hotels Group
The Competition Commission of India has green-lit the acquisition of shares by Coastal Cedar Investments B.V. in Fleur Hotels Limited and an internal restructure of the Lemon Tree Hotels Limited group. This involves amalgamation and demerger of certain entities within the group, supported by investment from Warburg Pincus Group. A detailed order from CCI is expected to follow.
