The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Avenir Investment RSC Ltd.'s acquisition of shares in Sammaan Capital Limited. Avenir, a part of the Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company PJSC, aims to expand its investment portfolio through this deal. Sammaan Capital, a non-banking financial company registered with the RBI, provides a wide range of financial services including retail and wholesale loans, asset management, and investment services.
