CDS General Anil Chauhan Visits Defence Services Staff College
On July 19, 2025, Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan visited the Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, Tamil Nadu. He addressed the 81st Staff Course officers and emphasized the importance of Tri-Services synergy during Operation Sindoor. General Chauhan highlighted the need for integration, capability development, and understanding transformative military changes. He was briefed on ongoing training activities, including the institutionalization of the Deep Purple Division, with 500 student officers currently enrolled in the course, including 45 from friendly nations.
