Centralized Pension Grievance Redress System Update

As of July 2025, the Centralized Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) has resolved 55,554 out of 63,310 pension-related grievances. The average resolution time has improved from 35 days in January to 20 days in July 2025. The government aims to resolve grievances within 21 days, as outlined in a policy circular issued in October 2024.
