Coal PSUs Announce Performance Linked Reward for Non-executive Workers
The Ministry of Coal has announced a Performance Linked Reward (PLR) of Rs 1,03,000 for non-executive workers in Coal PSUs, benefiting approximately 2.1 lakh employees of Coal India Limited and 38,000 SCCL workers. The PLR, which will be credited based on attendance, aims to recognize the hard work of these employees and has a total financial implication of Rs 2153.82 crores for CIL and Rs 380 crores for SCCL. This initiative is intended to boost morale and productivity among workers during the festive season, reflecting the commitment to worker welfare and recognition.
