Competition Commission of India Penalizes HP India for Anti-Competitive Practices
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has imposed a penalty totaling INR 126.87 crores on HP India and about INR 1.22 crores on five of its resellers for engaging in cartelization and anti-competitive behavior concerning personal system products. HP India was accused of manipulating bid prices and affecting reseller participation in tenders, violating competition laws.
