CPGRAMS Monthly Report for May 2025 Released
The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has published its 37th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for May 2025. A total of 124,101 grievances were redressed, maintaining a monthly disposal rate above 100,000 for the 35th consecutive month. The report highlights the performance of various ministries, with the Department of Telecommunications and Department of Posts leading in Group A, while the Ministry of Tribal Affairs topped in Group B. The average grievance disposal time was 16 days, and 60,499 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal during the month.
