CPGRAMS Monthly Report Highlights Efficient Grievance Disposal

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 47th report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for March 2026. Central Ministries and Departments resolved 1,81,279 grievances, maintaining a trend of disposing over 1 lakh cases monthly for almost four years. Top performers in grievance redressal include the Department of Financial Services, Department of Telecommunications, and Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs in Group A and the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Heavy Industries, and Ministry of Textiles in Group B. The report also highlights the significant registration of new users and feedback collection, alongside the operationalization of a Review Meeting Module to enhance redressal efficiency.
