CSIR-NPL Launches Two Apex Calibration Facilities in India
The CSIR-National Physical Laboratory (CSIR-NPL) has inaugurated two major calibration facilities: the National Primary Standard Facility for Solar Cell Calibration (NPF-SCC) and the National Environmental Standard Laboratory (NESL) in India. These facilities will enhance the national quality infrastructure by offering world-class calibration for solar cells and environmental sensors, improving domestic manufacturing, reducing dependency on foreign fittings, and supporting government initiatives on clean energy and environmental standards.
