Cultural Restoration and Heritage Conservation in Delhi

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) is engaged in the conservation and restoration of historical monuments located on DDA owned land, specifically Shalimar Bagh and Mehrauli Archaeological Park. Currently, there are no ongoing projects for these sites. The conservation efforts adhere to the National Policy for Conservation, 2014, focusing on maintaining the authenticity and integrity of the monuments while minimizing negative impacts during the creation of public amenities.
