DARE/ICAR Launches Special Campaign 5.0 for Cleanliness and Efficiency

The Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will participate in Special Campaign 5.0 from October 2 to 31, 2025, focusing on institutionalizing cleanliness, minimizing pendency, and improving record management. Following the success of Campaign 4.0, which saw significant progress in reducing backlog and waste disposal, all ICAR institutes are encouraged to engage actively. Preparatory activities will take place from September 15 to 30, 2025, with nodal officers appointed to oversee implementation and reporting.
