DARPG Collaborates with RTS Commissioners to Enhance Grievance Redressal

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) is partnering with Right to Services (RTS) Commissioners across States and Union Territories to improve the quality of grievance redressal and citizen satisfaction. This initiative includes a pilot project in Haryana, focusing on timely resolution of public grievances related to land, labor, environment, and banking. The collaboration aims to strengthen service delivery through enhanced e-Services and a linkage between the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) and RTS frameworks.
