DARPG Releases 42nd CPGRAMS Report for States and UTs

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) published the 42nd report on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and Union Territories (UTs) for January 2026, detailing the analysis and resolution of public grievances. The report revealed that out of 71,714 grievance cases received, 64,702 were addressed in January, 2026. Uttar Pradesh led with the highest number of resolved cases at 24,049, followed by Gujarat with 6,065. Additionally, the report notes the registration of new users on CPGRAMS and reports training statistics under the Sevottam Scheme involving over 34,812 officers across the last four years. Moreover, the report highlights a persistent issue with 1,78,674 pending grievances as of January 31, 2026.
